Frequently asked questions
These are the questions companies actually ask while evaluating an enterprise AI platform. If yours is not here, the AI assistant in the bottom-right corner is always available.
Where is our data stored? Will it be used to train AI?
It will never be used for training. MaiAgent is an enterprise-grade platform with fully isolated data and both ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. There are three deployment options: SaaS (cloud), private cloud, and on-premises, chosen by your security requirements. SaaS is enough for most companies (lowest cost, fastest launch); finance, healthcare, and government clients usually choose private cloud or on-premises. We'll recommend a setup based on your industry and regulatory requirements.
Can it integrate with our existing website, email, and messaging channels?
Yes. The Agent platform natively supports 9 conversation channels: website, LINE, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Azure Bot, Email, and Slack, with no extra development. For internal systems such as ERP, CRM, or ticketing, integration is done through MCP or Function Calling. MaiAgent clients run Agent in production for website customer service (ZEISS), career advisory (1111 Job Bank), and AI museum tour guides (Matsu Islands Museum).
How much does it cost?
Our standard process is three steps: first try a demo and see the results for yourself, then we discuss the right plan and a formal quote together, and finally you complete payment and go live. Plans vary with company size and needs, all at reasonable enterprise subscription or license pricing. For actual pricing, reach out through the contact form or the AI assistant at the bottom right.
What if the AI answers wrong? How do you ensure accuracy?
A fair worry: general-purpose chatbots really do 'hallucinate with confidence.' MaiAgent uses Agentic RAG with Hybrid Search at 95% accuracy, and every answer cites its source (which document in your knowledge base, and which page), so both staff and customers can verify it themselves. If an answer is wrong, the admin console shows the conversation and the reasoning behind it, and adjusting the knowledge base or prompt fixes it.
Can we try it before we commit?
Of course. Our standard process is three steps: first, try a demo built around your company\'s real scenarios; second, discuss the plan and quote together; third, complete payment and go live. You can evaluate at every step before deciding on the next. To arrange a demo, reach us through the contact form or the AI assistant at the bottom right.
Can we build this without a development team? And how far can we go if we do have IT staff?
Both cases work. MaiAgent is a no-code platform: you build your AI assistant in five drag-and-drop steps without writing a single line of code, and the colleagues who know the business best can maintain the content afterwards. Companies with IT staff can go further: connecting internal databases, existing systems, APIs and MCP tools is all done through backend settings, with no separate development project required. We walk you through the whole rollout rather than handing you a tool and disappearing.
My employees are quietly using ChatGPT. Is our company data at risk?
This is a common worry for business owners, and it's a valid one. Public AI tools like ChatGPT may use whatever you paste into them as training data, putting trade secrets and customer information at risk. MaiAgent, the platform we represent, is an enterprise AI platform: your data stays fully isolated, is never used for training, and is protected under dual international certifications (ISO 27001 + ISO 27701).
We want to use AI but have no idea where to start.
This is the most common question we hear. You have read the articles and attended the talks, and it is still unclear what AI could actually do for your company. Our approach is to run a Demo directly: we show you what it does using your own real scenarios, map out your business pain points at the same time, and give you a practical, actionable shortlist. You decide the next step after you have seen the results. No pressure.
MaiAgent has three product lines (MaiGPT, AI KM, Agent). Which one should I choose?
It depends on the problem you want to solve. MaiGPT is an enterprise-grade ChatGPT (company-wide AI for writing, data work, and analysis); AI KM is a talking employee handbook (load your SOPs, product specs, and training documents, and staff can simply ask); Agent is a no-code AI agent builder (24h customer service, member inquiries, and sales Q&A externally; order lookups and knowledge automation internally). Most companies adopt in three stages: MaiGPT to normalize AI use, then AI KM to activate knowledge, and finally Agent to automate. We'll help you set the priorities.
How long from contract to launch? When will we see results?
It depends on scale and requirements, so we don't promise a fixed timeline upfront. As a rule of thumb: MaiGPT launches fastest (account setup plus training and you're running), AI KM sits in the middle (depends on your knowledge base size), and Agent takes longer (conversation design, channel integration, testing). Most clients hear employees say 'this is saving us real time' within the first week, and we recommend completing all three stages within six months. Let's look at your current situation and plan the actual timeline together.
Would you rather just see it work?
We run a Demo using your own real scenarios. Decide the next step after you have seen the results.
